VINYASA FLOW + MEDITATION

THURSDAY  6.30 A.M. (June 9th)

Fee: $15 cash 

These are open level classes with focus on alignment and breath, designed to progressively open and strengthen the body. Breathwork and Meditation are incorporated in every practice to balance nervous system and calm the mind. 

 

YOGA AT ROCKAWAY BEACH 

We gather at beach 66th on Sundays (weather permitting) for 75 minute yoga & meditation class. It’s a great way to start the beach season and have the best summer yet connecting with amazing community.

When: starting May 30th, every Sunday.

Time: 10 a.m.

Class fee: $20 cash

Bring your mat or towel, sunscreen and water.
