How does it work?

This is a 3 step process:

Session 1

Introduction: intention,principles, benefits, obstacles you might face, the nature of the mind + you’ll be introduced to the breathing technique and kriya. 

 

Session 2

Receiving personal mantra through initiation + practice time to ensure you’ve got the techniques down.



Session 3

Follow up, Q&A
Each session lasts between 60-75 minutes.

FAQ

I am new to meditation. Is this course for me? Yes, this is a great way to start your meditation journey. You will learn a very specific technique, which can be seamlessly incorporated in your day. Through repetition comes mastery. 

How much time do I need to complete this course? Within first two days you will be introduced to Sattva Meditation, learn about the fondation of the meditation, specific breath practice, kriya and mantra. On the last day ( in one week), you’ll have an opportunity to bring your questions and receive guidance. Each session will last 60-75 minutes. 

-How is it different from other meditations? This meditation technique comes from Himalayan Yog-Vedantic Tradition, which has been taught in oral tradition, from a teacher to a student, for thousands of years. This is exactly how it is taught nowadays. It is simple and effective. Through a sacred initiation you’ll receive a personal mantra (a sound), which will be the focal point in your meditation practice every day. You won’t have to guess any more if you are doing it “right”.

-What if I have questions after the course is over? You’ll be a part of the community. Through private whatsapp group you’ll be able to ask question even after the course is over.
