What is Sadhana?
Sadhana is an act of self-love, the bedrock of well-being, and the catalyst for positive change in your life.
Sadhana means “daily practice”. It’s a foundation of any spiritual practice, the cornerstone of the process of self-realization and self-transformation.
This is truly the most valuable gift you can give to yourself.
Imagine having a one-on- one meeting with the CEO of your life, that can bring positive changes, give you a raise or a promotion that you want. Would you attend? That’s what Sadhana is – your daily rendevouz with your true self, a practice that can elevate every aspect of your life, expand your consciousness and cultivate a deeper sense of peace and purpose.
How does it work?
It’s here where we get to know ourselves. It’s where we begin to recognize old patterns, shed limiting beliefs and break free from self-sabotaging behaviors. It’s the process of becoming the best version of ourselves.
Collaboratively, we craft a daily practice tailored to you and your unique needs. This practice may incorporate mantras, kriyas, breath work, self-reflection or meditation. Your Sadhana will be designed to seamlessly integrate into your daily routine, enhancing your presence and awareness.

This is a 3 step process:
Session 1
In this introductory session, we connect to identify intentions and goals.
Session 2
You’ll receive a personalized practice tailored to your needs, and we’ll devote time to practice it together.
Session 3
Follow up, Q&A
This will be your practice for 40 days. You’ll receive support through messages or email addressing any questions that may arise.
After 40 days we’ll schedule another session to discuss your experience, address any questions and provide further guidance.
